Wood Wire & Whimsy is more than just a shopping destination ~it’s a place to slow down, connect, and enjoy the experience. Home to over 40 local vendors, you’ll discover a thoughtfully curated mix of home décor, furniture, handmade goods, boutique clothing, jewelry, gifts, candles, local artwork, vintage finds, seasonal treasures, and so much more. Because our vendors are constantly refreshing their spaces, every open weekend offers something new to explore.
Beyond the shopping, you’ll find a warm, welcoming atmosphere that invites you to stay awhile. Relax on the front porch with a cup of complementary coffee, wander beneath the canopy trees out back, and enjoy the charm of our historic property. Many weekends feature food trucks, coffee carts, and special pop-up vendors, creating an experience that feels more like a community gathering than a trip to the store.
At Wood Wire & Whimsy, we are intentionally open on the 2nd and 4th weekends of each month. Friday 9am – 6pm Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 10am-5pm
While our schedule may feel a little different at first, please know it was designed with purpose and heart. To help our customers know when we’re open, we post on Facebook and Instagram the week before each open weekend and throughout the weekend itself.
We also place large “Open” yard signs outside, so if you’re driving by and see them, come on in!
The weekends in between allow our vendors time to restock, create, hunt for unique treasures, refresh their spaces, and continue thoughtfully curating the shop for each open weekend. It also gives our families time to slow down, be present with one another, and enjoy life!
No two weekends at Wood Wire & Whimsy are ever quite the same and that is exactly how we like it!

Easy! Just bring the tag associated with the item to us whenever
you’re ready to check out. We will also have a holding area for items
that aren’t so easy to carry around as well.
We currently offer three days (72 hours) to retrieve your larger purchases and unfortunately, given our space limitations, we are
unable to hold them any longer than that without an additional storage fee to be assessed daily after the 72 hour hold. The storage
fees will be calculated as follows:
Day 4 = $25.00
Day 5 = $35.00
Day 6 = $45.00
FINAL Day 7 = $55.00
If your item is not picked up by Day 7, we will sadly be forced to
return the item to our sales floor for someone else’s enjoyment.
Unfortunately, all sales are final and we will not be able to honor any returns.
No, we have not established a shipping policy at this time but
don’t let that sway you! Give us a chat and we will try our best to work
something out, if at all possible.
Yes! We love opening the shop for private gatherings such as book clubs, small group meetups, birthday celebrations, and other special occasions. While we do not currently provide event setup or hosting services, we’re happy to discuss opening the shop for your private event so your guests can shop, explore, and enjoy the unique atmosphere of Wood Wire & Whimsy. Reach out to us and we’d be happy to chat about the details!

If you can’t already hear me when you walk into the Market, you will certainly be able to find me! Prior to contacting us though, please
have a portfolio (pictures, a website or any other form of displaying your creations) available for review by our management team. Please
note though that while we appreciate others in their respected professions, we do not wish to present our business with a “flea market” or “yard sale” type vibe and therefore will be politely selective in accepting other creators/vendors as renters within the Market.
Fear not! The man in your life will have no problem letting you go and will even be excited to come with you on your shopping excursions here because we will also offer a “Men’s Hangout” space complete with comfortable seating, corn hole, a specialized checker board game, a golf practice tee, and more.
